I thought things would slow down, but that hasn’t been the case. I recently accepted a posting as a blogger for Green Hectares , so that’s a little more on my plate. In May, I did two trips to Saskatchewan. One was a visiting trip, just to hang out with my parents and dog. On the long weekend, I travelled with my friends Shannon and Heather to visit my friend, Lisa, who lives in Livelong, Saskatchewan. We had a typical prairie weekend, with lots of food, walking, visiting cattle and such. It was great.

Since then, I’ve been either chained to my laptop, or out and about, enjoying the sun. I’m heading to Drayton Valley later this week to take part in the annual Alberta Farm Writers Association tour. Should be good.
